I am Jaclyn, Founder/Chef of Fairchild Kitchen. We prepare freshly cooked meals to help you eat healthy with ease.
Following my childhood dream of being a chef, practicing cooking at home living on my own at the age of 17. My process of learning to cook has been in the making for about 18 years, from home cooking and Rachel Ray 30 minute meals to later in life getting a job in a restaurant and becoming sour chef after 8 months!
In my early 20s I took nutrition in college, along with fitness training I never took this on as a career but found my love for nutrition back then, and still practice understanding food, I love the basics o food, but there are tons of studies out there , and different people call for different things. So, when sometimes an option is an option and a fact is a fact. I love to teach people through our meals the basics of portion control and Whole Foods. Learning to eat in a form of "what comes from the ground" not from a machine, I think you will be amazed the changes how you perform, sleep, function, and even cravings! I love food, and everything about it. I also know that its not easy to go from fast food to eating healthy, it takes time but just like fast food being addictive so is eating healthy!
We have to change our habits and our habits will change us.
We have all types of customers, from people cutting, bulking, portion control, vegan, plant based, and all types of allergens. I like to start our customers if they are unaware of where to start on a portion based meal plan based on their height, weight and goal! We will adjust your meal plan as needed based on results as we move forward. We also provide easy meals just to have in the fridge and no meal plan is needed, a meal plan is not extra charge but we do like if you desire to see results in what you are looking for, and again all customers have different wants for our service.
We have personal contact with each customer to understand your likes, dislikes, and goals. We try to stay in seasonal produce but we also understand some trainers / customers want the veggies they want.
We will be offering ORGANIC options very soon, and are open to suggestions for changes and bringing something to our menu!
